I have a surprisingly entrepreneurial outlook for an auditor. Happiest when able to use my technical expertise to benefit our clients and provide quality services, but also when I mentor young professionals using my experience and insights into the industry. Auditing is innovative when you know your client.

The best part of my job? Managing the people dimension of the firm from both an external and internal stakeholder point of view. I am inspired by institutions with strong values and enjoy adding value to businesses, whilst protecting public interest through assurance services.

I never back away from a challenge and respect hard work. Self improvement is what motivates me, whether professionally or personally. I lead solution orientated teams who are focussed on quality, in order to exceed client expectations. My mantra is to leave things better than I found them, and I strive to do this professionally by adding business value to each of my clients.

I have the ability to gather different perspectives to find long-term solutions to client challenges and especially enjoy engaging clients to understand their specific business.
